Broccoli and Gruyère Gratin
A rich and satisfying gratin with broccoli, ham, and creamy cheese sauce. Ideal for a simple family dinner.

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 100 g Gruyère
- 80 g Ham
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 300 ml Water
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the broccoli for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Make a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, stir for 1 minute, then gradually whisk in the water. Let simmer for 3 minutes until thickened.
Step 4
Stir 70g of grated Gruyère into the béchamel sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the diced ham.
Step 5
In a baking dish, combine the broccoli with the sauce. Top with the remaining Gruyère.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
