Broccoli and Cheese Gratin
A simple and comforting vegetable gratin, perfect as a side dish or main course. Crispy on top, creamy inside.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Broccoli
- 150 g Cheese
- 20 g Butter
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the broccoli with salt. Cook for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the broccoli and place it in a buttered baking dish.
Step 4
Grate the cheese and sprinkle generously over the broccoli.
Step 5
Bake for 12 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted.
