Broccoli and Spinach Gratin with Gruyère
A hearty and indulgent gratin combining broccoli and spinach baked with Gruyère cheese. Perfect for a simple, filling meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 200 g Spinach
- 80 g Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1.5 tbsp Flour
- 200 ml Milk
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook in salted water for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a skillet, sauté the spinach with a little butter until reduced.
Step 3
Make a béchamel: melt the butter, add the flour, cook for 1 minute, then whisk in the milk.
Step 4
Drain the broccoli and mix with the spinach in a baking dish. Pour the béchamel over top.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
