Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin with Gruyère
A classic French comfort dish featuring two seasonal vegetables gratinéed with melting Gruyère cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 500 ml Water
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets. Boil them for 8 minutes in salted water.
Step 3
Drain the vegetables and arrange them in a gratin dish.
Step 4
Grate the Gruyère and sprinkle generously over the vegetables. Top with small knobs of butter.
Step 5
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Step 6
Serve hot directly from the oven.
