Broccoli and Cauliflower Cheese Bake
A comforting French gratin with vegetables from your fridge gratinéed with Gruyère and Parmesan. Perfect as a main course or side dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 1 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Rinse the broccoli and cauliflower, then cut into small florets.
Step 3
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the vegetables for 10 minutes. Drain.
Step 4
Place the cooked vegetables in an oven-safe dish. Grate the Gruyère and Parmesan.
Step 5
Sprinkle the grated Gruyère and Parmesan over the vegetables and add a few small pieces of butter.
Step 6
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and gratinéed.
