Broccoli and Cauliflower Cheese Gratin
A creamy and comforting gratin with broccoli, cauliflower, and melted cheese. Perfect as a main course or side dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Gruyère
- 100 g Cheese
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the vegetables for 8 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Place the vegetables in a baking dish. Top with grated Gruyère and cheese.
Step 4
Dot with butter and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
