Broccoli and Cauliflower Cheese Gratin
A simple and comforting French vegetable gratin with melted Gruyère and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Gruyère
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 L Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
Step 3
Bring water to a boil, add salt, and blanch the vegetables for 8 minutes. Drain well.
Step 4
Arrange the vegetables in a baking dish.
Step 5
Grate the Gruyère and Parmesan, sprinkle over the vegetables, and dot with butter.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
