- 400 g Broccoli
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 300 ml Milk
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Flour
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets and cook in salted water for 8 minutes.
