Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin
A comforting French gratin featuring two seasonal vegetables baked with cheese. Perfect as a main course or side dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Parmesan
- 1 L Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
Step 3
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the vegetables for 8 minutes in a pot, then drain.
Step 4
Place the vegetables in a baking dish, add a little cooking water, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Mix the grated Gruyère and Parmesan, sprinkle over the vegetables and dot with butter.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
