Broccoli and Carrot Gratin with Gruyère

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 300 g Carrots
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut broccoli into small florets and slice carrots into rounds.
Step 3
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan and cook vegetables for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
Step 4
Drain vegetables and arrange them in an oven-safe dish.
Step 5
Grate the Gruyère and sprinkle generously over the vegetables. Dot with small pieces of butter.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
