Broccoli and Carrot Gratin with Gruyère

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 300 g Carrot
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrots into rounds. Cook in salted boiling water for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Drain and place in a buttered baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 4
Bake for 12 minutes until the cheese is golden.
