Broccoli and Carrot Gratin with Gruyère
A simple and comforting gratin with vegetables baked with melted cheese. Perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrot
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrot into rounds. Cook for 8 minutes in a pot of salted water.
Step 3
Drain the vegetables and place them in a baking dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and a few knobs of butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 12 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted.
