Broccoli and Carrot Gratin with Gruyère
A simple and comforting gratin with vegetables gratinéed with cheese. Perfect as a main dish or side.

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrot
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the carrot into rounds.
Step 3
Cook the vegetables in a pot for 8 minutes with a little salted water.
Step 4
Drain and transfer to a buttered baking dish.
Step 5
Sprinkle generously with grated Gruyère.
Step 6
Bake for 12 minutes until the cheese is golden.
