Broccoli and Carrot Gratin
A simple and comforting gratin with vegetables from your fridge and a touch of cheese. Perfect as a main course or side dish.

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 300 g Carrot
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets and carrots into sticks.
Step 3
Steam or boil the vegetables for 8 minutes until partially cooked.
Step 4
Arrange the vegetables in a buttered baking dish.
Step 5
Grate the Gruyère and cover the vegetables with it.
Step 6
Bake for 12 minutes until golden.
