Cheese and Broccoli Gratin

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the broccoli for 8-10 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Drain the broccoli and arrange it in a buttered baking dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle grated cheese generously over the broccoli, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted.
