Broccoli and Cheese Gratin
A comforting and quick gratin with broccoli and melted cheese. Perfect for a weeknight meal in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 150 g Cheese
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Boil salted water and cook the broccoli for 5 minutes in a pot.
Step 4
Drain the broccoli and arrange it in an ovenproof dish.
Step 5
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the broccoli.
Step 6
Add small pieces of butter on top and bake for 8 minutes until golden.
