- 800 g Potatoes
- 300 g Carrots
- 50 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 300 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and carrots.
Step 2
Butter an oven-safe dish and layer the vegetables alternately.
Step 3
Pour water over the vegetables and season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cover with foil and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown.
