Spinach and Broccoli Cheese Gratin
A comforting and nutritious gratin with two green vegetables topped with Gruyère and Parmesan.

Ingredients
- 400 g Spinach
- 350 g Broccoli
- 100 g Gruyère
- 50 g Parmesan
- 25 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the broccoli in a pot of boiling salted water for 6 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
Cook the spinach in a pan with a little butter until wilted, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Prepare a béchamel sauce: make a roux with butter and flour, whisk in 300 ml hot water, mix well.
Step 4
In a baking dish, combine the cooked vegetables with the béchamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheeses.
Step 5
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
