Oatmeal and Apple Gratin with Honey and Cinnamon

Ingredients
- 150 g Rolled oats
- 400 g Potatoes
- 3 piece Kiwis
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 50 g Butter
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g Walnuts
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C and slice the potatoes thinly into rounds
Step 2
Prepare a mixture of rolled oats, honey, cinnamon and melted butter
Step 3
Layer the potato slices in a buttered baking dish
Step 4
Pour the oat mixture over the potatoes and bake for 25 minutes
Step 5
Garnish with sliced kiwis and crushed walnuts, serve hot
