Broccoli, Spinach, and Gruyère Gratin

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 200 g Spinach
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Flour
- 40 g Butter
- 300 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Cook the broccoli and spinach in a pot of salted boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Make a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, stir for 2 minutes, then gradually pour in the water while stirring.
Step 4
Mix the broccoli, spinach, and béchamel sauce. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden.
