Quinoa Grain with Vegetables and Apples
An original sweet-savory dish combining crunchy quinoa, roasted vegetables, and pan-fried apples, topped with crumbled dark chocolate.
Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 250 g Broccoli
- 200 g Asparagus
- 2 piece Apples
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the quinoa in salted boiling water according to package instructions (about 15 minutes). Set aside.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets and cut the asparagus into pieces. Arrange on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Roast in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Step 4
Meanwhile, peel and cut the apples into small pieces.
Step 5
Pan-fry the apples over medium heat for 5 minutes with a little oil, then deglaze with balsamic vinegar.
Step 6
Assemble on plates: quinoa as the base, roasted vegetables, apples, and crumble dark chocolate on top.
