Simple Apple and Flour Cake

Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 3 piece Apple
- 200 ml Milk
- 80 g Butter
- 2 piece Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel and cut the apples into small dice.
Step 2
Mix the flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs and milk together, then add to the dry mixture with the melted butter.
Step 4
Fold the apple dice into the batter gently.
Step 5
Pour into a buttered baking pan and bake for 35 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
