Simple Apple-Pear Cake

- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 150 ml Milk
- 2 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear
- 50 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel and cut the apples and pear into small dice.
Step 2
Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and milk until you have a smooth batter.
Step 3
Add the melted butter and diced fruit to the batter. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour into a buttered pan and bake for 35 minutes until golden.
Step 5
Let cool for 5 minutes before turning out and serving.
