Skillet Apple Chocolate Cake
A soft skillet cake cooked in cast iron with apples and chocolate. Perfect for snack time without needing an oven.

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 150 ml Milk
- 80 g Sugar
- 100 g Chocolate
- 2 piece Apple
- 50 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the apples, grate them finely or cut into small dice.
Step 2
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Gradually add milk and 30g melted butter.
Step 3
Break chocolate into pieces and melt gently with 20g butter.
Step 4
Fold apples and melted chocolate into the batter.
Step 5
Heat a buttered skillet. Pour batter, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 15-18 minutes until golden.
