Ingredients
- 3 piece Carrots
- 200 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 100 ml Oil
- 2 piece Eggs
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Finely shred the carrots using a food processor.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Step 4
Add the oil, eggs, and shredded carrots. Mix well.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the cake pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool before unmolding.
