Quick Chocolate and Pear Cake

- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Chocolate
- 200 ml Milk
- 80 g Sugar
- 80 g Butter
- 2 piece Pear
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave.
Step 2
Mix sugar, flour, and salt. Fold in the melted chocolate-butter mixture and milk.
Step 3
Peel and cut the pears into pieces, add to the batter.
Step 4
Pour into a buttered baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
