Grilled Spicy Shrimp with Tex-Mex Vegetables
Large spicy shrimp grilled and served with caramelized bell peppers and red onions. A low-carb tex-mex feast.

Ingredients
- 300 g Raw shrimp
- 2 piece Multicolored bell peppers
- 1 piece Red onion
- 1 tsp Espelette pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the shrimp with olive oil, Espelette pepper, and lime juice.
Step 2
Slice the bell peppers into wide strips and cut the red onion into thick rings.
Step 3
Grill the bell peppers and onion for 4 to 5 minutes, turning regularly.
Step 4
Grill the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve.
