Grilled Shrimp Italian-Style with Parmigiana Zucchini
Beautiful grilled shrimp with fresh basil, served alongside tender zucchini with parmesan. A simple and indulgent Italian pairing.

Ingredients
- 300 g raw shrimp
- 2 piece zucchini
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 30 g grated parmesan
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the zucchini lengthwise and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, and a few chopped basil leaves.
Step 3
Grill the zucchini 3 minutes per side, then sprinkle with parmesan. Grill the tomatoes for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Grill the shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side. Plate with the vegetables and garnish with fresh basil.
