Spanish-Style Prawns with Bell Peppers and Smoked Paprika
Large prawns seared in a wok with tricolor bell peppers and smoked paprika from La Vera. Bring all the flavors of Spain to your plate in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g raw prawns
- 2 piece mixed bell peppers
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (pimentón)
- 4 clove garlic
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the bell peppers into strips. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mince the garlic finely.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in the wok over high heat. Sear the prawns for 2 minutes on each side with the garlic and smoked paprika. Set aside.
Step 3
Stir-fry the bell peppers for 3 minutes in the same wok. Add the cherry tomatoes and prawns, toss for 1 minute and serve.
