Crispy Tuna and Cheese Pancakes
Fluffy pancakes made with flour and tuna, topped with melted cheese and pan-fried until crispy. Easy to make and delicious for dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 250 g Canned tuna
- 1 piece Egg
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 100 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour, egg, water, salt, and pepper to form a smooth batter.
Step 2
Drain the tuna and stir it into the batter along with the grated cheese.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Form small pancakes using 2 spoons and place them in the pan.
Step 5
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Step 6
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
