Crispy Quinoa and Lentil Patties with Walnuts
Crispy patties made from cooked quinoa and lentils, enriched with crushed walnuts. A flavorful and protein-rich dish inspired by rustic French cuisine.

Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 100 g Red lentils
- 80 g Walnuts
- 500 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 30 ml Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa and cook in 300ml of water for 15 minutes with salt
Step 2
Cook the lentils in 200ml of water for 20 minutes until tender
Step 3
Coarsely chop the walnuts using a food processor
Step 4
Mix quinoa, lentils and walnuts in a bowl and season
Step 5
Form 8 patties and cook them in a skillet with oil for 5 minutes on each side
