Crispy Quinoa Patties
Golden and crispy patties made from quinoa, pan-fried in butter. A simple and satisfying dish, perfect as a side or appetizer.

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked quinoa
- 500 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa with cold water and cook in 500ml of salted water for 15 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.
Step 2
Let cool slightly and form compact patties 8cm in diameter.
Step 3
Heat the butter and oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 5
Drain on paper towels, season with salt and pepper to taste.
