Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked quinoa
- 100 ml Coconut milk
- 50 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together the cooked quinoa, coconut milk, and water until you get a homogeneous paste.
Step 2
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Shape 8 patties with damp hands on a work surface.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Cook the patties for 10 minutes, 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
