Mustard Potato and Lentil Patties
Crispy patties combining potatoes and lentils, bound together with oats and flavored with mustard. A comforting and delicious dish.

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 150 g Lentils
- 80 g Oat flakes
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 300 ml Water
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the lentils in water for 20 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and grate the potatoes.
Step 3
Drain the grated potatoes and cooked lentils.
Step 4
Mix potatoes, lentils, oat flakes and mustard together.
Step 5
Form 8 patties with damp hands.
Step 6
Cook in a pan with hot oil for 10 minutes per side until golden brown.
