Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 200 g Fennel
- 60 g Oat flakes
- 60 ml Oil
- 5 g Salt
- 3 g Pepper

Step 1
Peel and finely grate the potatoes, then place them in a cloth to squeeze out the excess moisture.

Finely slice the fennel into very small pieces.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes, fennel, and oat flakes together. Season to taste.
