Gluten-Free Potato and Carrot Patties
Crispy patties made with shredded potatoes and carrots, topped with Gruyère cheese. Serve as a main course with a fresh salad.

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 80 g Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and finely grate the potatoes and carrots.
Step 2
Squeeze well to remove excess moisture from the vegetables.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the grated vegetables with cornstarch, grated Gruyère, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 5
Form patties from the mixture and place them in the hot pan.
Step 6
Cook for 10 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
