Potato and Broccoli Oat Patties

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 250 g Broccoli
- 80 g Oat flakes
- 40 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Shred the potatoes. Finely chop the broccoli after steaming for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Mix together the potatoes, broccoli, oat flakes, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Form 8 patties. Heat the oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Cook the patties for 10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
