Lentil and Potato Patties with Ham
Golden and crispy patties combining cooked lentils with mashed potatoes, enriched with thin slices of ham. Served with a touch of mustard.

Ingredients
- 150 g Lentils
- 400 g Potatoes
- 100 g Ham
- 40 g Cheese
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 3 tbsp Oil
- à to taste Salt
- à to taste Pepper
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the lentils in boiling water for 20 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the peeled and diced potatoes in a saucepan of water for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Drain both and mix the mashed potatoes with the lentils.
Step 4
Mix in the diced ham, grated cheese, and mustard.
Step 5
Form 8 patties and brown them in a pan with oil, 3-4 minutes on each side.
