Fennel and Lentil Patties
Crispy patties made with lentils and braised fennel, breaded with oat flakes for a comforting and nutritious dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked lentils
- 2 bulb Fennel
- 100 g Oat flakes
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 200 ml Water
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the fennel and braise in a pan for 15 minutes with 2 tablespoons of oil
Step 2
Mix the cooked lentils with the braised fennel
Step 3
Add the oat flakes and mix well, season to taste
Step 4
Form 8 patties and place in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 minutes
Step 5
Finish in a pan for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown
