- 150 g Flour
- 250 ml Water
- 50 g Olives
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the flour into a bowl, make a well in the center, and gradually add the water while whisking to create a smooth batter.
Step 2
Add the chopped olives, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Pour a ladle of batter and spread thinly. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
Step 5
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot.
