Breton Apple and Gruyère Galettes
Delicious Breton crêpes filled with a light apple compote and grated Gruyère cheese. Easy to prepare and absolutely delightful.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Breton crêpes
- 2 piece Apples
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the apples for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Warm the crêpes for a few seconds in a pan or microwave.
Step 4
Fill each crêpe with the apple compote, add grated Gruyère, and fold in half.
Step 5
Serve immediately while still hot.
