Ingredients
- 2 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear
- 300 g Gluten-free pie dough
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 piece Egg
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the fruit thinly.
Step 3
Cook the fruit in a skillet for 5 minutes with butter, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.

Unroll the dough onto a baking sheet.
Step 5
Arrange the fruit in the center in a disc shape.
Step 6
Fold the edges of the dough over the fruit.

Brush with beaten egg and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
