Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 80 g Sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 120 ml Warm water
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Pour flour, sugar, salt, and pepper into a bowl and whisk together.
Step 2
Melt 50g of butter and add it to the flour mixture with the water.
Step 3
Knead until you have a smooth and elastic dough.
Step 4
Heat 50g of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 5
Pour the dough into the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
