Apple and Cinnamon Galette with Vanilla Cream
A rustic apple galette with homemade vanilla cream. Simple and indulgent, perfect for an after-dinner treat.

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 4 piece Apple
- 250 ml Milk
- 70 g Butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 piece Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1
Make the pastry dough: mix flour, salt, 50g cold butter cut into cubes and cold water until breadcrumb texture forms
Step 2
Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and let rest for 5 minutes
Step 3
Peel and slice the apples into thin slices, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
Step 4
Arrange the apple slices on the dough in a rosette pattern and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes
Step 5
Meanwhile, prepare the cream: whisk eggs with milk and vanilla extract
Step 6
Serve the galette warm with vanilla cream on the side
