Fusion Bowl: Roasted Broccoli, Kiwis, Banana and Homemade Granola
An original bowl blending Asian flavors with healthy trends—miso-roasted broccoli, fresh exotic fruits, and crunchy granola made with oats and walnuts. Perfect for a light, balanced lunch.
Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 80 g Oat flakes
- 60 g Walnuts
- 4 piece Kiwis
- 2 piece Bananas
- 200 g Cooked quinoa
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 30 ml Honey
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 20 g Sesame
- 200 ml Plain yogurt
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the granola: mix oat flakes, crushed walnuts, honey and 1 tbsp of oil, bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets and toss with soy sauce, oil and grated ginger
Step 3
Roast the broccoli in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C until tender
Step 4
Prepare the quinoa if uncooked: cook for 15 minutes, let rest
Step 5
Peel and thinly slice the kiwis and bananas
Step 6
Assemble the bowls: quinoa as a base, roasted broccoli, fresh fruit, plain yogurt
Step 7
Top with warm homemade granola and sesame, serve immediately
