Ingredients
- 180 g Ham
- 100 g Quinoa
- 2 piece Kiwis
- 1 piece Bananas
- 50 g Walnuts
- 15 g Mustard
- 20 g Honey
- 30 ml Soy sauce
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 15 ml Sesame oil
- 20 ml Rice vinegar
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- à goût g Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the quinoa in the broth for 15 minutes and let rest.
Step 2
Toast the walnuts with a little honey and salt in the pan for 4-5 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce: blend banana, mustard, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
Step 4
Cut the ham into cubes, coat with mustard-honey glaze, and pan-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Assemble the bowls: quinoa base, glazed ham, sliced kiwis, and caramelized walnuts.
Step 6
Drizzle the banana sauce over the bowl and finish with a splash of sesame oil.
