Italian Spinach and Parmesan Frittata
A golden oven-baked frittata generously filled with fresh spinach, mushrooms, and grated Parmesan. A classic Italian dish rich in protein.

Ingredients
- 5 piece Eggs
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 120 g Button mushrooms
- 40 g Grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Slice mushrooms and mince garlic.
Step 2
Sauté mushrooms and garlic in olive oil for 4 minutes, add spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Beat eggs with half the Parmesan. Pour over vegetables in the pan.
Step 4
Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and bake for 12 minutes until frittata is golden and set.
