Greek Frittata with Olives and Feta

Ingredients
- 5 piece eggs
- 100 g fresh spinach
- 70 g feta
- 40 g Kalamata olives
- 80 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Wilt the spinach in hot olive oil for 2 minutes. Halve the cherry tomatoes
Step 2
Beat the eggs with oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour over the spinach in the pan
Step 3
Distribute the cherry tomatoes and olives on top. Crumble the feta generously
Step 4
Cook on low heat covered for 8 minutes, then under the broiler for 3 minutes to brown the top
