Smoked Turkey Frittata with Asparagus and Feta

Ingredients
- 5 piece eggs
- 120 g smoked turkey slices
- 150 g green asparagus
- 50 g feta
- 80 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven broiler. Cut asparagus into 3 cm pieces, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the turkey into strips.
Step 2
Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet. Sauté asparagus for 3 minutes, then add turkey and tomatoes, cooking for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Beat eggs with salt and pepper, pour into the skillet. Crumble feta on top. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Place under the oven broiler for 3 minutes until the top is golden. Serve warm.
