Frittata with Spinach, Feta and Mushrooms
A thick golden frittata filled with wilted spinach, button mushrooms and crumbled feta. A classic Italian-inspired dish, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients
- 5 piece Eggs
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 150 g Button mushrooms
- 80 g Feta
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with pepper. Slice mushrooms and crumble feta.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms for 4 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute. Pour beaten eggs and scatter crumbled feta on top.
Step 4
Cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes until set. Finish under the broiler for 2 minutes to brown the top.
